What is Reiki?
Reiki 霊気 translates as universal life energy. It is a gentle healing practice from Japan that balances and harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit.

Reiki 1 occurs on one transformative weekend filled with meditation, attunements, and practice with classmates.
Reiki 1
The Reiki Level 1 course is offered both virtually and in-person and includes:
Lessons on the history and lineage of Usui Reiki
Introduction to the Reiki principles
Hand placements for the self-healing protocol and treating others
A guided and supported practice session with fellow students
Grounding energy techniques to help you practice
A sacred container for you to express your authentic self and play with the energy

You’ve previously received a Reiki Level 1 attunement and would like a refresh

Reiki 2
The Reiki Level 2 course is offered both virtually and in-person and includes:
Introduction to the traditional Reiki symbols
Training on long-distance healing
In-depth practice of distance healing and in-person sessions
Energetic attunements
Supportive guidance while you practice fellow students
Grounding energy techniques to help you practice
A sacred container for you to express your authentic self and play with the energy

This class is available to those who have received a Reiki 1 attunement with any teacher. If you haven’t been practicing in the last 1-2 years, it is recommended that you take our Reiki 1 class first to brush up on the basics and open yourself back up to the energy.

This is an immersive mentorship program with Aly. Explore deeper layers of Reiki healing along with other techniques such as meditation, channeling, sound healing, and more. We will meet four times as a group for a powerful exchange of energy where you will learn to cultivate your own unique offerings as a healer.
Reiki Mastership
As a Reiki Master you’ll be able to:
Hold sacred space for your client’s healing, helping them to access their inner wisdom
Be confident in your natural abilities in using Reiki to support those around you
Receive the Reiki Mastership attunement and symbols
Learn how to attune others to Reiki and offer similar trainings

Those interested in studying Reiki to the mastership level are requested to submit an application. Becoming a Reiki Master requires your own inner work and spiritual awareness. Commitment to the full course is required.
