Aly Crouse, LMT

Aly Crouse is a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and Reiki master who specializes in helping people access their intuition. She offers in-person sessions as well as distance healings and group trainings. Aly is also the creator of the aromatherapy company, Open Heart Apothecary.

A lifelong student of holistic healing, Aly has studied many modalities with wise and experienced teachers which she has fused into her own unique style. A session with Aly addresses both the physical and spiritual layers of the self. With great compassion, she assists her clients to nourish their bodies, release tension, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. Her intuitive energy sessions combine her natural-born gifts with Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy. This particular approach fosters inner wisdom and balance to achieve profound and lasting results.

Certifications & Trainings

  • A graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2011, Aly has completed thousands of hours of training in hands-on technique.

    She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Connecticut (#7087), Nationally Certified by the Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

    Aly completed the program MotherMassage® During Pregnancy in 2013 with founder Elaine Stillerman.

  • Aly is passionate about the healing power of bodywork and has studied CST with the Upledger Institute since 2018.

  • Aly became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2014 under the guidance of Cathy Prins. She has led and assisted many trainings and loves helping others discover their intuition and natural healing abilities.

  • Aly’s teaching style blends 22 years of learning from many beloved teachers rooted in the Kripalu lineage. She brings an authentic, creative voice and loving presence to her teaching.

  • Aly became a certified Aromatherapist in 2013 with The School of Herbal and Aromatic Studies

When not working with clients, Aly loves spending time in nature, hiking with her dogs, and playing on the pottery wheel. She also studies astrology and has a Virgo Sun, Virgo Moon, and Scorpio Rising.
