While everyone experiences Reiki in a unique way, most people report feeling deeply relaxed and enter into a meditative state. For an in-person session, you lie fully clothed on a heated massage table in what Aly calls her “healing cave” – a wellness sanctuary in Westport, CT. Her style of Reiki is done with gentle hands-on healing around the body. Sessions can be done with dialoging/talking or in silence. We recap at the end of the session, and you will receive homework recommendations for further support.
For distance healing, we will connect via video chat and then you will lie down on a bed or couch while receiving Reiki with the camera on so Aly can visualize and access your energy field. We recap at the end of the session, and you will receive homework recommendations for further support.
